When is Swivex the right choice?

Until now, AutoScout24 was a separate backend: upload images, type out texts, maintain prices, update statuses every week. With Swivex this duplicate work disappears. A vehicle is captured once in your inventory, including images, description and price. Publishing to AutoScout24 (and at the same time Autolina, your website and other portals) is handled by the system.

And the lead flows back the same way: an AutoScout24 inquiry no longer arrives in a single salesperson's inbox, but directly in the customer and vehicle dossier of your team. All employees work in one interface with the same real-time data.
You are typically productive within three to five business days. We import your existing Excel lists (vehicles, customers), connect AutoScout24 and Bexio, set up users and permissions for your team and run two training sessions. You don't need to retype your data and you don't need any technical knowledge.
Yes, that is exactly the point of the platform. Each user has their own login with fine-grained permissions: salespeople see their leads and customers, sales management sees the entire team, accounting sees invoices and payments, management sees everything. Yes. Swivex does not replace your accounting, it feeds it. Invoices, vehicle costs and incoming payments are automatically transferred to Bexio or Abacus. Your fiduciary continues to work in the familiar accounting system, just without you having to email them receipts.
